Abstrak

Penelitian berjudul “Nilai Dasar Islami dalam Budaya Organisasi Bisnis Broker Properti” (Studi Kasus tentang Nilai Commitment, Credible, Transparency, dan Professional (CCTP) sebagai Nilai Dasar Islami di Sinergis Property Consultant Bandung) ini, bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Alasan penerapan nilai CCTP di Sinergis Property; Pemahaman makna nilai CCTP di Sinergis Property; dan implementasi nilai CCTP di Sinergis Property. Penelitian menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme, dengan metode kualitatif, dan tradisi studi kasus. Narasumber penelitian terdiri dari elemen Sinergis Property, trader dan notaris, yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta studi dokumen. Landasan teoretis menggunakan teori budaya organisasi, teori interaksionisme simbolik, dan teori konstruksi sosial atas realitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga alasan penerapan nilai CCTP: Alasan Historis, yaitu untuk menanggulangi dan mencegah terulangnya krisis; Alasan Normatif Islam yaitu ajaran Islam, khususnya sifat Nabi SAW, cocok sebagai Budaya Organisasi Islami; Alasan Pragmatis yaitu sebagai pemersatu wawasan, moral dan perilaku berbisnis, meningkatkan loyalitas, motivasi kerja dan produktivitas, membangun perilaku komitmen, disiplin, kredibel, keterbukaan, dan profesional, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota. Nilai CCTP dipahami maknanya sebagai: Jujur; disiplin terhadap nilai, peraturan dan perjanjian serta loyal; Keterbukaan informasi (kekeluargaan dan menguntungkan bagi semua); Memiliki keahlian dan bekerja sesuai kompetensi. Nilai CCTP diimplementasikan secara konsisten, bertahap dan dinamis, melaui perilaku bisnis: Jujur, disiplin, menjaga nama baik perusahaan; Dipercaya; Keterbukaan dan profesional. Upaya implementasi nilai CCTP yaitu melalui program: 1) Pembinaan kompetensi MA: Pelatihan MA (PMA); Meeting Sharing Mingguan (MSM); Forum Kelompok Kecil (FKK); Forum Upgrading (FUg); 2) Menjaga kepercayaan konsumen: Kontak, Kirim, Kunjung dan Konsultasi (K4); dan 3) Program yang dikompetisikan: sistem imbalan Fee Marketing Progressive (FMP) serta Penghargaan dan Bonus Bertingkat (PBB).

Abstract

This study entitled "Islamic Basic Values within Organizational Culture of Property Broker Business" (Case Study on the Values of Commitment, Credible, Transparency, and Professional (CCTP) as the Islamic Basic Values in Sinergis Property Consultant Bandung) is aimed at identifying: The reasons for application of CCTP values in Sinergis Property; the meaning of CCTP values in Sinergis Property; and the implementation of CCTP values in Sinergis Property. This research applied constructivism, with qualitative method, and tradition of case study. The resources in this study consisted of the elements of Sinergis Property, traders and notary, who were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and study of documents. The theoretical foundation applied the theories of organizational culture, symbolic interactionism, and social construction of reality. The results showed that basically there are three reasons for application of CCTP values: Historical reason, specifically to overcome and prevent the recurrence of crisis; Islamic normative reason i.e. the teachings of Islam, in particular the characteristics of the Holy Prophet, are suitable for Islamic Organizational Culture; Pragmatic reasons, specifically as the integrator of insight, moral and behaviour in business, to improve devotion, work motivation and productivity, to develop the behaviours of committed, disciplined, credible, transparency, and professional, so as to improve the welfare of the members. The CCTP values are defined as: Honest; disciplined to the values, rules and agreements as well as loyal to the company; Disclosure of information (familiar and profitable for all); To have the expertise and work according to its competence. The CCTP values have been implemented consistently, gradually and dynamically, through the business conduct of: honest, discipline, and devotion; Reliability; Openness and professionalism. The CCTP values are implemented through the following programs: 1) Upgrading of MA competence: Training of MA /Pelatihan MA (PMA); Weekly Sharing Meeting
/Meeting Sharing Mingguan (MSM); Forum of Small Group /Forum Kelompok Kecil (FKK); Forum of Upgrading (FUg); 2) Maintenance of clients’ trust: Contact/Kontak, Deliver/Kirim, Visit/Kunjung and Consult/Konsultasi (K4); and3) Competed programs: the reward system of Progressive Marketing Fee (PMF)
and Gradual Appreciation and Bonus/ Penghargaan dan Bonus Bertingkat (PBB).
